Do we need to replace our tools?
We start with what you already use. Where a tool can share the information a workflow needs, we connect it. If something needs to change, we explain why and agree it with you first.

We set each person up and train them on their own work. Your team needs time to try it, ask questions, and build a new habit. We help with that part too.
What can AI do without our approval?
We agree that workflow by workflow. Some work can run in the background; other actions stay in draft until a person reviews them. We define access, responsibilities, and approval points as part of the build.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep the system and documentation we build for you. Any subscriptions or hosting your system uses still have their own costs. We make those dependencies clear when we scope the work.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on your team and the work we are building around. After the initial conversations, we give you a defined scope, price, and delivery plan before any paid work begins. Ongoing partnership is agreed separately.
